RULES  &  POLICIES

As a shared space for many, we expect everyone who rents to be respectful to the studio and items we have provided for you. The information found here applies to the individual initiating the rental and to all guests associated with the rental at that time. It is your responsibility to be aware of all items listed. When you book a rental with Studio G, you are agreeing to abide by these Rules & Policies as a Full Contract between both parties.

  • NO smoking or vaping

  • NO illegal drugs or substances on the premises

  • NO gambling of any kind is permitted in the rental facility

  • NO candles or open flames

  • NO glitter, sand, confetti or paint. No liquids that would leave marks or stains on our walls, floors, or furnishings.

  • NO Pets/Animals in StudioG

  • NO adult film production, pornography or sex acts on the premises (boudoir shoots are fine!)

  • NO attaching things to the wall, using anything that will leave a mark or hole – use only command strips or painter tape. Any patching or repainting will be of charge to you after repairs completed.

  • NO dragging of furniture – please take care moving heavy objects to avoid scratching the floors. If bringing in your own props and equipment, please be respectful of your surroundings.

  • NO bounce houses of any kind inside this Studio. Please use the outdoor space for this.

  • Absolutely do not disassemble any of our props or lighting. Light stands are specifically meant for our lighting equipment use only.

  • Absolutely no storing of your own personal items to remain at the studio after your session. You are welcome to bring your own props/décor for sessions, but will be required to take them home with you when your scheduled time is over or they will be disposed of immediately when discovered.

  • Return items you’ve moved/rearranged back to their original position

  • Items found in the studio must remain inside the studio. Please do not take anything outdoors.

  • Sessions begin and end at the time you’ve booked – all set up and clean up must take place within that time booked. Be prepared for another rental to follow immediately after your booked time.

  • Failure to leave when your booked time is up, will result in an automatic $25 charge.

  • Damage to any studio props/furniture/equipment/space will be the responsibility of the booking party member – the cost of repair or replacement will be itemized and billed accordingly.

  • It is your responsibility to clean the studio after yourself. The studio provides a broom, mop, floor cleaner, and other cleaning supplies. If the studio is left in disarray under our discretion, we have the right to issue a cleaning fee of $50 charged to the renter.

  • Nothing should be left plugged in.

  • Absolutely no sharing of space with other photographers during your booked time. A booked time is meant specifically just for that individual and their guests. Violation of this policy will result in an additional fee.

  • The renter is solely responsible for everyone accompanying the renter while using the studio and on the premises.

  • Renters are responsible for locking the facility with their provided PIN/Code when leaving. A new code will take place shortly after locking the building from future access by past renter.

  • Studio G is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property of renters during the rental of the facility. Renter is responsible for all guest and their actions.

  • Damages: Renter will be solely responsible for damages occurred to the studio, property, or equipment by the renter and their guests during their booking.

  • Photography Studio Rentals: A 50% non-refundable/non-transferrable retaining fee is due when booking.

  • Photography Studio Rentals: The final balance will be due 24hrs before your scheduled private booking. Your card on file will automatically be charged UNLESS you pay through Venmo in advance.

  • Photography Studio Rentals: A 24hr notice of Cancelations is required.

    ** IMPORTANT** Renter must contact Bethany directly to notify of cancellation through verbal conversation (402) 889-5007. Reminder: the 50% deposit is non-refundable/non-transferrable.

  • All Event Rentals: There is a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100 at the time of booking.

  • All Event Rentals: Your booked rental time cannot be changed at a later date. (For Example: If you book an 8hr event, you cannot change this down to a 4hr event time). You are responsible for abiding to your full allotted time frame you have booked.

  • All Event Rentals: The final balance, if not paid already, is due 2 weeks before your event takes place. Payments are final and non-refundable/non-transferable.
